Returns Policy


If you believe you have received faulty goods you will need to submit a written claim within 14 days of receipt of goods. No refund will be made for any claims made more than 14 days after receipt of goods.


How to return an item?

The item delivered to you should be unused and in its original condition to return it to Allripe. Fill the details in "Return". An Allripe representative will contact you and assign a RMA number. Once you receive the RMA number you can mail your item to the following address along with the complete Return Slip.

Ensure that you include the original billing receipt in your package.

All goods must be returned to Allripe for inspection if you wish to lodge a claim. All faulty goods will be replaced at Allripe Pty Ltd's cost.

If you change your mind on your order you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your items. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we have received your returned item, we will issue you with an in Allripe store credit or full refund of the purchase price (less the initial delivery charge), whichever you prefer. In most other circumstances, we will provide you with a credit, to your Allripe store account, of the purchase amount (less delivery charge) or if stock is available an exchange will be issued. Allripe Pty Ltd will not cover any postage costs to return an item for change of mind and/ or faulty item.
