What you see
Long round shape, purple skin, white flesh with a lot of small seed inside.
No sound
No smell
It tastes a little bit bitter before cooked.
The skin is glossy. The flesh is soft like sponge.
Quantity  Three eggplants.

Eggplant is edible when it is still raw or cooked. In my country, it can be made into many kind of soup. The most delicious dish made of eggplant is SAMBAL TERONG. It tastes so hot and yummy.
